We ignite entrepreneurial dreams with skills and startup know-how by offering workshops, training, camps and online entrepreneurship Courses on essential business skills, including starting and growing a business, budgeting, marketing, business planning, saving, and understanding banking systems. This is a program where underrepresented youth build businesses and financial futures. We create an incubator that provides resources, mentorship, and funding opportunities for youth-led startups and host competitions where youth can pitch their business ideas and receive feedback from judges, with prizes for the most promising concepts. Our online platform is curated with resources and tools for emerging young entrepreneurs to access information and connect with mentors.
Literacy Program (YFLP)
Our Youth Financial literacy Connect encompasses the knowledge and skills needed to make informed and effective financial decisions.
It typically includes: budgeting, saving and investing, understanding credit and debt management, banking basics, taxes, consumer awareness, recognizing financial scams and making informed purchasing decisions tailored to the needs of underrepresented youths, helping them to manage their finances effectively.
Career Development Program (ULEAD)
This is a cross-cutting theme where we conduct regular events (training workshops, retreats and conferences focusing on life and leadership skills, including public speaking, conflict resolution, Self-awareness, anti-racism, critical thinking, scenario building, career development, team building,etc.
Leadership Programs (YCLP)
This program empowers youths to develop and lead community projects, providing them with the mindset, skill set,tools,platforms and support necessary to start,manage and scale up social initiatives that impact the immediate community and the world at large. Youth ages 15-20 join our Social Entrepreneurship Program to connect with a global network of innovators, mentors, and thought leaders and become a changemaker driving real impact through purpose-driven communities aligned with the SDGs. Participants also gain practical skills and hands-on tools to turn their vision into sustainable solutions, while drawing inspiration from world-changing leaders and real-world success stories along with three months of direct mentorship to refine their entrepreneurial approach and leadership style, fostering cross-thematic collaborations.Participants earn a certificate to showcase their commitment to social innovation.
Global Youth Changemakers Leadership Conference:
An annual Youth Changemakers conference where youths learn from speakers, network, showcase their projects,participate in discussions, share their experiences and visions on entrepreneurship, leadership and social changemaking.
Leadership Experience (GNLE)
GNPLE programs are designed to equip nonprofit Boards, founders, executives, emerging leaders, staff and volunteers with essential non-profit program, management and scaling skills to build sustainable leadership pipelines amid challenges like funding constraints, financial instability, leadership challenges, staffing shortages and donor engagement challenges. These programs range from free online courses to intensive certificates and cohort-based training, often blending theory, practical tools, and peer networking. Participants become Certified Nonprofit Professionals.
Our Ubuntu Care is rooted in the principles of the African philosophy that emphasizes the interconnectedness of humanity, community, empathy and provides a strong foundation for fostering personal growth, cultural pride, and community solidarity.Through our chaplaincy services, we partner with the faith community to provide spiritual care and Trauma-informed care to young people.refugees, newcomers, prison inmates and the vulnerable in our community.
